Combining sweeping and deep scrubbing in a single pass, intelligent navigation, automatic detergent dosing and edge cleaning, the BG1 gives New Zealand businesses a smarter way to automate demanding large-area floor cleaning.

Sweep & Scrub in One Pass
The PUDU BG1 combines sweeping and scrubbing into one autonomous cleaning workflow, allowing it to collect debris before deep-cleaning the floor.
A 550 mm scrubbing width, extending to 708 mm with side brushes, helps the BG1 efficiently clean large floor areas while reducing the need for multiple cleaning passes.
AI That Responds to the Floor
Smarter Cleaning, Not Just Automated Cleaning
When wet spills are detected, the robot can retract its sweeping components to help avoid spreading liquid further. When it encounters stubborn stains, it can increase brush pressure to provide more intensive cleaning.
AI-powered spot cleaning can also identify areas requiring attention and target them in real time, directing cleaning effort where it's actually needed

Extendable Edge Cleaning
Large autonomous scrubbers can leave gaps along walls, shelving and boundaries.
The BG1 addresses this with an extendable scrubbing system that physically moves outward to clean closer to walls and shelving edges.
The result is more complete floor coverage and less manual follow-up cleaning around the perimeter of large spaces
Intelligent Detergent Dosing

The PUDU BG1 features dual cleaning-agent tanks with approximately 7 L total capacity and automatic dosing.
The system can automatically adjust detergent concentration according to cleaning conditions, helping maximise cleaning effectiveness while reducing unnecessary chemical use.

Intelligent 3D Navigation
The PUDU BG1 combines LiDAR and 3D VSLAM fusion positioning to navigate large and complex commercial environments.
Its perception technology supports reliable mapping, positioning and autonomous navigation across challenging spaces, including high-clearance, low-light and high-interference environments.
With a minimum required path clearance of 85 cm, the BG1 can navigate through large facilities while intelligently responding to its surroundings

Routine maintenance has been designed to be quick and straightforward. The BG1 features automatic disc-brush attachment and quick-release consumable components, with PUDU stating that routine maintenance can be completed in under one minute. Automatic Charging, Refilling & Drainage
With the optional workstation, the PUDU BG1 can automate much more than cleaning.
The station supports automatic charging, clean-water refilling and wastewater drainage, allowing the robot to complete its cleaning and maintenance cycle with significantly less operator intervention.

Ride-On Mode
